Q:How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping time varies on distance. Usually, your package will reach you with in a few days, but during busy times of the week, or when there are an unusually large amount of orders, we feel that your order should reach you within 7-10 business days of your order being proccessed. We do not guarantee shipping times during holidays. Please try to allow enough time for shipping. Contact us if you need a rush or airmail delivery. Also, if you need a tracking number, please contact us. Other information is avaliable on our shipping page.

Q: Could you further explain shipping? What about international shipping?
A: We ship with UPS and USPS. We ship to PO Boxes and to Canada. We ask that our international customers, and those not in the contigious US, please contact us with your order so that we can accurately calculate shipping and handling and also shipping time. It can take up to 4-6 weeks. You can still pay through PayPal, but we'd prefere you did so AFTER contacting us about your order.

Q: Could you explain the pricing?
A: Since there may considerable differences in the prices charged from one store to another due to competitive and other local factors, we have provided "Your Price" lower than the suggested price. Every effort has been made to suggest prices that are both moderate and realistic in relationship to comparable items in a wide cross-section of retail stores across the nation.

Q:What are your products made of?
A: For a better description of materials various products are made of, please check our materials page.

Q: What kind of guarantees or warranties do you give with your merchandise?
A: Please reference the Warrantees page for full descriptions but here is our product guarantee.
Product Excellence Guarantee: Every product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to us for replacement.

Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
A: Contact us immediately with a description of the damage, and we will let you know if you will need to send it back to us for replacement or if merchandise credit will be given, depending on the manufacturers's warranties. If the item is a watch, clock, or jewelry, please read the Warrantees page.

Q: Will my damaged item be replaced with the exact same item, free of defects?
A: Yes! However, replacement is subject to item availability. Sometimes items become sold out, or temporarily out of stock, and we will notify you of this in an order or replacement.

Also, here is our policy on Substitutions: We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for you, our customer. Items illustrated in these pages and catalogs are actual photos of the products available at the time of printing/posting. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the of sizes of products indicated or shown are very close approximations. Although our proof-readers work diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
A: Hopefully we will have updated our merchandise pages to reflect when an item will be back in stock and available for purchase. However, if an item goes out of stock or is discontinued by the manufacturer, we will make ever effort to post such items and the date when of return/discontinue. If you happen to order an item that has suddenly gone out of stock and is not marked such on our website, we will send you an email letting you know either when the item will be available again or we will send you a full refund!

Q: What if I need the item sooner than the date you sent me that it would arrive?
A: Contact us as soon as possible! Usually shipping takes 7-10 business days. If a date of arrival is sent with your email confirming your order, it is only an estimated time base on normal shipping times. Sometimes you might have to add Rush, Airborne or Priority mail charges to your order to allow for quicker shipping times. Please read the checkout/shipping pages for more shipping options. Tracking numbers will also be provided within three to four days after your order has been processed if requested.
